Jacqueline Shelton is a culinary artist from deep in the heart of San Antoinio Texas.
Jacqueline "The Foodie" Shelton graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Austin (then called The Texas Culinary Academy), in 2006. She then went on to become an instructor in the United States Air Force, covering such topics as basic kitchen sanitation and proper culinary techniques. She has prepared food for Hollywood celebrities, and world leaders such as The Vice President of the United States.
Inspired by her initial educational pursuits, she then went on to earn multiple degrees, including a Bachelors in Psychology from Wilmington University, and a Masters in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University in 2017. These courses provided the fundamental building blocks for understanding how people interact with food in person and through media.
